hi forum.
if we don't have dean's letter (MSPE), can we apply to programs which have it in their list of requirements? will they reject the application only because it has no MSPE in it?

Yes, it's highly likely that your application will be rejected. However, contacting the programs after you apply and telling them the reason "why you did not get the Dean Letter" might solve the problem in most instances.

I know several people who applied last year without Dean letter and they all got matched.
