just have an idea

The Fred V2 software of the exam comes with normal lab ranges including the changes seen in different age groups, you can refer to it during the exam.

However, it's not a bad idea to have a general idea about the normal ages in children like normal weight, length, and head circumference at birth, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years so that you can have an idea about what's going on.

Also you need to memorize few major developmental milestones.

But I don't think you need to memorize other detailed stuff such as the normal hormonal levels at various ages.
