I plan to write step 1 in feb/march. I'm currently watching the behavioral science videos kaplan (2010) I feel like they could ask certain questions about Obamacare on the exam. It teaches about medicare, and medicaid. That information is 3, nearly 4 years old. Any thoughts on what kind of questions could be asked about Obamacare if asked at all?

Obamarcare will not be asked about in the USMLE exam because it's not yet fully implemented and there isn't a concept that can be tested.
In general the US health care system is rarely tested in the USMLE exam.
