I am an old graduate -2004.
I have not been in clinical / hospital setting since then.
I do not have gaps in my CV.
Graduated with a PhD in 2010.
How are my chances If I start a residency in the next 2 years.

You have pretty good chances if you get high scores in both USMLE Steps, get US LoRs, and do some form of USCE.

Old grad

I'm a little worried about being an old grad by the time I'll be ready for the match.
I just will begin my study for the steps and i think i would be able to apply for a residency program on 2013, when i´m going to be 6 years old grad.

Do i have any chance?

Residency programs that have graduation year criteria, usually have it set @ 5 years or 3 years or 2 years. very rarely they set it @ 10 years.
However, there are programs that do not have graduation year criterion and they accept even 20 years after graduation.
So the answer to your question depends on the residency program that you will be applying to and there is no general rule.
