When I was in medical school, I do remember US students studying for the Step 1, using kaplan lecture notes/videos and of course, First Aid and UWorld questions.

That was around 8 years ago though, so was wondering if anything has changed.

For those who have recently graduates, or still in medical school (IMG's), could you please give me some advice on what resources to look into? I'm an audio/visual learner, and am really weak on my basic sciences!

that is still a solid plan.

fresh FA, UW subscription and Kaplan notes.
You might consider buying a proven review course if you ar an old grad.

Kaplan lectures are good but very long.
DIT lectures I thought were pretty good too, but see what other ppl say online
