old kaplan lecture videos....enough?

hello guys
i have a set of kaplan lectures which i took from a friend...i am not sure which year they belong to but the biochem section has a few videos by lionel raymon. also the background is green :p . hope this gives some kind of clue. are they old ones?if yes should i switch to any newer version??
otherwise plz do tell if other versions have any good teachings by certain proffessors

It's enough for most of the topics. For Pathology skip Kaplan and go with Pathoma or Goljan. Combine these sources with First Aid and UWORLD. However, based on people's experiences recently I've been hearing about a lot of WTF anatomy questions which wasn't covered in Kaplan, First Aid or UWORLD. So you might want to find an anatomy source too. Goodluck.
