Before applying in ERAS you can research the residency program websites and most of them announce their policy regarding "years after graduation" you can also subscribe to Residency Search Companies as they can help you filter out programs by different criteria.I'd like to add question in this topic:
Could we know that any particular residency programs have age/old graduation DISCRIMINATION (just for avoid to apply)?
In the other words how old IMG know where to apply?
We will spend time and money for applying. We can't just ask - sorry do you have any discrimination for applying to your program (age, sex, racial, nationality, "freshness" etc.)) But may be we can see something - "this is not for you".
