A genotypic XX female has her virilization went unnoticed at birth. During one year routine visit the nurse noticed that her blood pressure is 60/30. What is the most likely explanation for these findings?

A- 21 beta hydroxylase deficiency.
B- 5 alpha reductase deficiency.
C- 17 alpha hydroxylase deficiency.
D- 11 beta hydroxylase deficiency.
E- Testicular feminization syndrome.

i think 21 beta hydroxylase deficiency !

i think 21 beta hydroxylase deficiency !

11 beta and 17 alpha deficiencies coz HTN.
no virulization in 17 alpha but 11 beta has.
Hypotension and virulization in 21 beta.
So I choose 21 beta deficiency.
