E because a somatization disorder has 4 pain symptoms involving multiple sites, at least 2 GI, sexual or reproductive symptoms other than pain and 1 psuedoneurological symptom.

Correct answer is B

Hello RRMadukha. OK so these patients have actual pain and through this they get a secondary gain, unlike malingering that provoke the pain for the secondary gain?

Yes,

Yep, correct.
They are not faking the pain but they do usually get some secondary gain from the pain like days off from work ...etc But the important distinction is that they are not faking the pain, they even give them some sort of nerve blocks if the pain persisted chronically.
