- Secondary and Congenital Syphilis with it's characteristic Copper colored rash.
- Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (specially on the wrists) and also Typhus.
- Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease caused by Coxsackie A virus.
- Kawasaki, Measles, or Toxic Shock Syndrome (all peeling rashes).
- Meningococcemia may cause petichiae on the palms and soles.
- Bacterial endocarditis with it's Janeway lesions and Osler's nodes.
- Tylosis (risk of esophageal carcinoma)
- Keratoderma blenorrhagica (Reiter's syndrome)
- Graft Versus Host Disease rash.
