It's not fully clear how they score the PN but it is mostly agreed that each of the four sections carries equal weight.
Therefore, one trick is to jot down the differential diagnosis and work up plan before writing the history and physicals so that you ensure half the mark in case you ran out of time as those takes less than two minutes while history and physicals take considerably longer to write.
