Three lesions commonly tested in USMLE
They are all squamous cell dysplasia and CA in situ
Bowen Disease:
Sinlgle grey-white flat plaque with crustation
Bowenoid papulosis:
As the name implies these are multiple plaques
usually in younger patients
reddish brown in color
Erythroplasia of Queyrat:
As the name implies this a red plaque
usually soft velvety in texture
