two questions....need quick reply:

1. what are the photo dimensions required? that is the US passport photo size or the general passport photo size?
(asked because haven't seen the form 186 on which this photo will be attached).

2. I cover my hair with a headscarf. is it OK if I take the picture with that on?

Photo requirements

The standard passport photograph is 2 inches by 2 inches.
It must be against a white background.
It must not be printed digital photo and it should be printed on a regular glossy paper.
Both shoulders should be seen.

As for the headscarf, here in USA they allow you to cover your hair, ears, and neck but you are not allowed to cover any part of your face.

My photo was printed directly after taking the picture via a digital camera
Its not the classic glossy type, but the same thickness as any passport, not shiny though
I already sent it today via DHL, what to do?

Did they accept your photographs? I got my photographs made against blue background and its not on glossy paper too??
