My step 1 score is 230 ck score is 217 my cs is on 30 july 2015 my graduation is 2008 so what are my chances of getting match this year for 2016 .what should i do to get match 2016 and what are my chances

This isnt mathematics, no one can give you an accurate answer.

At best i can tell you its not looking well.

You are an old graduate and your scores are not so hot.

If you can:

get valid US experience at as University hospital and score some good letters, do research and publish in important journals.. this all takes time so i dont think youll be able to do it.

The best thing you can do is apply SMARTLY. Apply to 100+ programs, specially community and maybe a couple of low end universities (like 10 at the most).

This is assuming you are interested in IM/FM/Peds
