Guys I'm reading Goljan RR 3rd edition and listening to his audio and I found something that contradicts the book with the audio.

Coal's miner disease in book says No TB No Cancer risk. Audio says No cancer, Yes risk for TB.

Silicosis, book says yes cancer and yes TB risk. Audio says Yes TB, No cancer risk.

Should I Go with the audio or the book?

I would definitely go with the book by default - it is the most up-to-date and has been through much editing...
