If you see this term in a USMLE question you have to think of two situations:

1. Port Wine Stain of the skin (usually the face) and it indicates a birthmark that could be associated with Sturge Weber Syndrome.
2. Port Wine Urine as sign of hemoglobinuria or myoglobinuria or excessive uroporphyrine in urine seen in porphyria cutana tarda.
