The Mnemonic for Post MI microscopic changes in sequence=
"We Can Never Master Grand Father"
W = Wavy myocyte fibers & contraction bands (1-4hr)
C = Coagulative necrosis (4-24hr)
N = Neutrophilic infiltration (1-3days)
M = Macrophage infiltration (3-7days)
G = Granulation tissue (7-28days)
F = Fibrotic scar (6weeks)
