how in-depth do we need to go? i thought i had a good grasp on this, but apprantley not.
i know the basic idea of it. but how much detail in terms of knowing how all the variables of preload/afterload/inotropy affect the loops, and which are the independent variables, and what happens when they are mixed/matched, and so on.
not all of these loops look like the simple 'inc preload', 'inc afterload', and 'inc contractility'.
some of them are more complicated, depending on the clinical scenario. i haven't done any question banks yet......is it worth going into detail on this topic? or based on the qbanks, will i be good with just knowing the basic idea behind these loops?
thanks!
