Can someone upload more than one resume on ERAS?
Or is it possible to include some program specific information in one resume for a particular program and modify the same resume to suit another program?

It's only one resume

No you cannot.

In ERAS there's only one application used to be called "Common Application Form or CAF" that you have to use with all the programs and once you certify it and submit it you cannot make changes to it.

However, you can write program specific "Personal Statement". You can have as many versions of personal statements as you like and you can send the different versions to the specific programs as you like.

No. They don't have access to your other personal statements. They can see only the personal statement that you designate to them.
So for example, you can upload two PS one for IM and another for ObGyn and you designate each one of them to specific IM and ObGyn residency programs.

EXACTLY what rasheed said below, when you are applying to more than one specialty you focus your PS for the specific specialty. Many applicants do not read the programs websites that in some instances have specific directions what they expect in their applicants Personal Statement. The CAF is an overall synopsis of you as an applicant, and can really not be altered for each specialty because it is a time line what could you change without having gaps or to contradicting documents.

Good Luck!

Explaining it further

Every year, hundreds of residency applicants apply to more than one specialty. They apply in ERAS, they have one CV in ERAS. In that CV they can post their various experiences, for example rotations in surgery, internal medicine, family medicine, ...etc
They also put personal statements tailored to each specialty.
So you write one PS saying how you love ObGyn and send it to ObGyn programs and you write another PS saying how much you love pediatrics and you send it to pediatric programs.

Now, will they be upset when they see in your CV that you've done rotations in other specialties? The answer is usually NO. Because that's what medical students do, they rotate in various specialties.

The exception is, when you are an IMG, coming to US to do USCE, and you do for example 6 months of neurology externships and observerships and then you go apply for surgery! In that case the surgery programs would say that you don't have genuine interest in them as you did all your USCE in neurology not in surgery.

While on the other hand, if you do for example 3 months surgery externship and 3 months internal medicine externship and then you apply for both using different personal statements (and one CV) then in that case you should be fine and people won't typically curse you for having two different rotations.
