To be honest I was stuck between A and B, but if I had to chose I would think A. He probably is acting out because he doesn't want to go back to jail not because of any psychological disorder. However if we look at the fact that he killed and robbed previously, it might be Antisocial behaviour. I am not sure which part of the question to focus on.

statement, but I was trying to explain A as opposed to B. When you look at a question like this, are you supposed to look at all past and present symptoms?
