I think Kaplan is better for learning and UW is better for getting ready for the real stuff.

Yes. UW for the CK is even more beautiful. It has a perfect combination of paragraphs, tables, graphs, pictures, and audios.
In fact, UW reputation started with the CK first before becoming famous for both.
