Which live vaccine can be given to patient with AIDS and why?

NO live vaccine can be given to a AIDS patient. It would kill them.

According to my knowledge, the only vaccines can be given in asymptomatic HIV +ve are : MMR & Varicella

He didn't say asymtomatic HIV, he said AIDS.

This can be a good USMLE question... When the question says AIDS and the exam taker changes the question to asymptomatic HIV. 2 totally different questions.

Btw, you shouldn't give any live attenuated vaccine (like varicella) to a patient with SCID.
