USMLE Roadmap- Neuroscience is the best by far IMHO for scans. It labels everything so all you have to do is save and print them. this book is the best by far for neuro.

MRIs http://www.mritutor.org/mriteach/index.html Radiology tutorial by a Harvard physician http://eradiology.bidmc.harvard.edu/interactivetutorials/ Atlas of the Brain by Harvard Med http://www.med.harvard.edu/AANLIB/home.html CT files (but there are a lot of THEM) I'd pick and choose in these! http://www.ctisus.org/tf/indextf.html Interactive Heart sounds from University of washington (I know you didn't ask for them, but I thought hey i'd add this in here) http://depts.washington.edu/physdx/heart/demo.html Hope all of these help!
