So my test is in 1 and a half months, and I've completed one run of Kaplan, USMLERx, UWorld, and Becker Qbanks in that order. I've done 5 NBMEs, with only 2 left that I haven't done, and plan to split them up until my test.

I've always been a firm believer in always exposing myself to new questions as much as possible. I've done most of the wrong questions in UWorld (200 left), Rx has about 500 wrong Qs left, and I haven't touched the Becker wrong Qs. Kaplan Qbank subscription is finished.

I was planning on going for USMLE Consult after Becker and that'd be my last Qbank until the exam, but for some reason their Qbank is not for sale anymore. Are there any other decent Qbanks that are well-known and known to be useful for the exam? I really would rather not go through UWorld 2-3x as many people suggest, as I feel like new questions are much more fresh and fun to do, instead of just memorizing previous wrong answers.

Another thing that crossed my mind was maybe buying Goljan's Rapid Review pathology book just for the practice questions that come with it. Maybe I'll do something like 10 questions of it a day until the day of the exam, but that'll only help my pathology, and nothing else.

Well since you have a month left, I suggest you go over your questions again instead of trying to just do new questions. Your anxiety will build up while you get closer to the date so just go over familiar material now!!

I was thinking I may have to do just that as I'd rather not risk doing lame questions from another qbank. I guess it's just me, but I can't seem to take the questions seriously if I've done them before. It's boring and I just don't feel like it's a decent challenge. But, oh well, I ate up all the decent qbanks. lol Happy-2

Kaplan: This was my first Qbank and indeed a goodh one to start off with. It's good to hammer in some basic details everyone should know.

USMLERx: I did this second, and I think it's the perfect transition after Kaplan. Rx is much more simple and straightforward (not that they were easy). It's just the best way to get a First Aid read in after going through all the Kaplan lecture notes and doing the Kaplan Qbank. For me, your typical "read first aid" statement is pointless, because I can't just read a book from cover to cover like that, I wouldn't be able to focus.

UWorld: Did this third and was the best one. You seem to know about this already.

Becker: 4th one. It's like Rx in the way that the explanations are really brief and don't have many drawings like Uworld, but the questions are generally harder than Rx for sure. I'd say the above 3 are a MUST do, and other ones like Becker should only be done if you've already gone through the other three once.

Oh and, they were all useful. The more Qbanks you do (and review, annotate, learn from) afterward, the better your knowledge will be, and hence your score.

Completely random from Kaplan all the way to Becker. I'm a firm believer in that you should always do random to keep all of your subjects up to par at all times. I did Kaplan very slowly during my live lectures around Oct 2015 and finished it in January. Then I started doing 2 blocks a day for all qbanks and just now finished the 4, including Becker.

I just recently started TrueLearn.

Would you suggest going for TrueLearn over Kaplan? I am torn between which one im going to choose to go along side with UWorld. Thanks for the input!
