Recent Changes in USMLE Step 1 2010?

I heard that there are some recent changes in the USMLE step 1 in 2010, does that have any weight to it? 46 qs per block now instead of 48? what gives? any other changes you guys aware of? please let me know because besides studying this website is the only place I get my info from especially recently! thanks

Yes now you have 46 questions per block instead of 48 as posted here

Other anticipated changes are to emphasize more on clinical scenarios rather that just merely asking about factoids.
