In one of the explanations they show the graph where Y axis is TF/P and X axis % distance along proximal tubule (the graph from renal section). Here, the creatinine line is lower than inulin. Is this a mistake? Shouldn't creatnine line be higher since a little is secreted?

There's nothing higher than inulin in the graph you are refering to. Because inulin is completely filtered and nothing is reabosbed, it's equal to the total GFR.

Creatinine is not totally filtered and even after it's secreted, it's still less than inulin in the final urine ..

PAH is higher on the graph than inulin - which makes sense b/c after it is filtered, it is also secreted. Why doesn't this hold true for creatnine? On the graph in FA creatinine is higher than inulin which makes more sense to me than the graph in UW.
