How many of you are giving Ketorolac ( toradol)
For pain?

We been giving demerol or Morphine

the Q I just did says that toradol relieves the spasm and is best yet I thought now it was a one or two shot deal.

Amaurosis Fugax tx is Carotid Endarectomy yet also I know tx is Clopidogrel
Antiplatelet drugs work with same outcome.............

I got it wrong because I chose the drug over surgery

Choose surgery when there are SYMPTOMS or when the carotid is more than 75% occluded.
