So on ERAs, under the programs ive applied too, it says the following under all the programs ... for example:-

george Washington University Program, Internal Medicine
- There are currently no flags for this Program

Could someone tell me , what that's suppose to mean exactly?

No flags...im assuming that's a good thing?

I'd appreciate the input!

Yes.
It means that the program is not under probation or under questioning ...etc
