What do you mean by fresh graduate?
I got the same mark and im still technically a medical school student since i got to do my clinicals still in the US? I guess im still technically a student and not a graduate right? I just wanted to do family.. but also wanted to do cardiology..
Would you think that if im able to get 230+ in step 2 and have good clinicals... would you say that cardio is still an option or is that to far gone now.
