Scored 86/207, Do I have a chance to get IM residency?

Hi...

I am an IMG...have completed my graduation in 2011..scored 86/207 in step 1..want to do Internal medicine in US..can I get it??...and if so where should I apply??...or should I opt out of it and do it in India itself...

please reply ASAP
