It's not a good idea
I did that with my friend and they did not cancel the subscription.
But I think you and your friend should be living in the same city because if they see that the IP address is coming from different countries or even different cities they will ban you both.
Another important point to remember, is that it's not good to share it with a friend because that will ruin the statistics for both of you.
