Guys I have been encountering some contradictions between kaplan Qbank wich I already finished and UW wich I'am on my 3rd block.
Kaplan says that SIADH is going to produce an increase in ANP (atrial natriuretic peptide) due to the increase in volume and that ANP contribute to the hyponatremia due to the natriuresis.
UW says that because the patient is euvolemic (we don't have volume overload) in SIADH there's not going to be an increase in ANP.

Who's right????????? :notsure::notsure::notsure:
