A 41 year old man with history of drug abuse presented with a skin lesion on his right leg. Histopathologic examination showed the slide below.

Purple Pink Violet Magenta Liquid

What is the likely cause of this condition?

A- Human herpesvirus 8
B- Human Immunodeficiency virus
C- JC virus
D- Human Papilloma virus
E- Herpessimplex virus type I

Yes, I also think it is kaposi's sarcoma,A, bcz of the abundance of irregular vascular spaces some with blood, even though the epidermis seems a bit off, or is that just me?

Kaposi sarcoma it is..
1.Histopath shows lacuna which can be blood channels
2.Patient has a history of multiple drug abuse , a Risk Factor for HIV AIDS

i'll also go with A HHV 8
risk factor for hiv...drug abuse
lots of vascular channels that r filled with blood cells
tumor cells r characteristic abnormal elongated shape, called spindle cells
