After hard efforts I just could not memorize what goes through the skull foramena so I decided to draw this

Nose Head Eye Eyebrow Ear

The drawing means that spinosum (spiky hair) transmits the meningeal artery
the oval mouth means that the foramen ovale transmits the mandibular nerve and the rounded cheeks means that the foramen rotundum transmits the maxillary nerve (maxilla = cheeks)

this helped me alot and I don't know if it will help you

I found that memorizing the other foramena (superior orbital fissure, foramen magnum, jugular foramen, foramen lacerum, hypoglossal canal, auditory meatus) is easier once you clear out the above three from your brain :)
