1) = Aspirin, Beta Blockers & Nitrates can be given in stable angina, unstable angina,
non-ST elevation MI & ST elevation MI but aspirin is best initial drug among three..
2) = tPA or thrombolytics are beneficial ONLY for ST elevation MI.
3)= heparin is best for non-ST elevation MI.
4)= GP2b/3a inhibitor best for non ST-elevation MI & those undergoing PCI & STENTING.
5)= CALCIUM channel blockers & Warfarin have no clear mortality benefit in acute coronary syndrome.
6)= low molecular weight heparin is SUPERIOR to unfractioned heparin in terms of mortality benefits.
