Hi

I cancelled my exam 8days before my exam so i called up prometric and paid the fee and cancelled it. They gave me the receipt no. and asked me to mail it to [email protected] .How much time do they usually take to respond? i want to get done with the exam asap.

Are you cancelling or rescheduling? If you are doing a reschedule (Like I did) then you do not need to get USMLE involved if it is in your time period window. Just schedule it again through Prometrics as long as it is in your time-period. The cancel fee is steep as you know ... $125 I think ... if it is within 30 days.

even i canceled my appointment but they havent said anything regarding mail or such ...does that mean my appointment isnt cancelled ?? /...and more over they havent charged me ...
