Hi!
I passed step 1, 2 & CS at the first attempts, but I passed step 3 at the second time.
In my case, is it worse to pass step 3 at the second attempt than not to take step 3 at all?
I thought so because I heard that programs set a filter on the number of attempts.
In fact, I got no interview this time although I passed all steps and have a green card.
Do you have any idea?
