There are the high-yield images in First Aid and RR Pathology http://www.amazon.com/Rapid-Review-Pathology-STUDENT-CONSULT/dp/0323068626/ref=pd_sim_b_1 - there is also a thread with a huge set of high-yield slides... I often google image search things I got wrong, and the "classical picture" is usually one of the first results.
