The H/o swimming can be a clue for the following organisms;

1) Vibrio Vulnificus = Cellulitis.

2) Adenovirus=-Pharyngoconjuctivitis.

3) Nagleria=Meningoencephalitis.

4) Schistosoma=Swimmer's itch & other types of Schistosomiasis.

5) Molluscum Contagiosum=Centrally umblicated warts.

Feel free to add more to the list :)

Also consider, Pseudomonas

if someone has rash after a hot tub bath (hot tub folliculitis).

If history of swimming in natural water pool & Meningoencephalitis think of Nagleria.
