Guys, everyone on the forum advises to use kaplan ...FA ...question banks etc..

Is it relevant or of any use at all to do the syllabus system-wise, eg:cardiology, endocrinology ...
Does it make a difference..any benefits??

Well as you would know Kaplan is the king, but its subject wise, so you will have to skip through different books. But I don't know of any book which has it all arranged system-wise (sorry for that:(), except for First Aid. Plus all the online qbanks, like Kaptest, Uworld etc let you take tests system wise, you can then add points from those to your first aid.
