Guys, everyone on the forum advises to use kaplan ...FA ...question banks etc..

Is it relevant or of any use at all to do the syllabus system-wise, eg:cardiology, endocrinology ...
Does it make a difference..any benefits??

Alot of people do it system wise and it shouldn't really make any difference, it all depends on how much you learn from it, now how you learn from it.

ok..will you please tell me which is the best source to learn system wise?
any book suggestions?

Well as you would know Kaplan is the king, but its subject wise, so you will have to skip through different books. But I don't know of any book which has it all arranged system-wise (sorry for that), except for First Aid. Plus all the online qbanks, like Kaptest, Uworld etc let you take tests system wise, you can then add points from those to your first aid.
