Step 1 break time strategy

The best strategy is the following:
--blocks 1 and 2 in one stretch
then 10 minutes break
--block 3
then 5 minutes
--block 4
then 20 minutes (your major lunch break)
--blocks 5 & 6 in one stretch
then 10 minutes break
--block 7

The computer will not tell you how much time left of your authorized break time and you have to monitor that yourself

The best thing would be to listen to ur mind.

Don't overstretch, that's the main thing. But my advise is to take at least a 4-5 min break after each block, just refresh and come back,,But if u r capable of doing 2 blocks at a stretch, then go for it, there is no fixed schedule!
