Is there any benefit of taking step 3 in between match cycle ?

It will be helpful if you have less scores in Step 1 and 2 ck exam.
Also, completing Step3 exam will be helpful for getting H1B visa.

some programs ask the step 3 done as requirement for IMGs. However the best thing is hands-on US clinical experience, what it is almost impossible to gain.
