Correct!

Answer is E. Watery. A VIPoma causes 'pancreatic cholera syndrome', and like cholera, produces a secretory diarrhea. The characteristics of secretory diarrhoea are large volume, watery consistency, no solute gap, no gas, pus, or fat droplets, and little to no response to fasting.
