A 23-year-old Russian housekeeper has a several-month history of productive cough, weight loss and fever. A diagnosis was confirmed by Mantoux test and chest x-ray, and treatment was initiated. Two months later, the patient returns with decreased visual acuity and color vision. Which agent was most likely prescribed?
  • Ethambutol
  • Isoniazid
  • Pyrazinamide
  • Rifampin
