A healthy 26 year old woman comes for routine check up. She gave history of moods changing easily and that she has visited numerous psychiatrists for "emotional problems". On examination, multiple self-inflicted healing wounds are seen. At the end of the examination she thanked the doctor and told him "Thank you for being the most compassionate, skilled, and understanding physician I have ever met". Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?

A- Bipolar disorder
B- Borderline personality disorder
C- Dythymic disorder
D- Major depressive disorder
E- Histrionic personality disorder
