In this poll we vote for the Best Comprehensive Review Book for the USMLE Step 1 Exam.
Choice of Books Listed:
The books listed above are useful for Med school students during their med school years as well as graduates who are preparing for the step 1 exam. Books that have only questions with no review content of USMLE Step 1 are not listed. Similarly Flashcards are not listed. Books that are outdated (8 years or older) and that do not have updated editions also get removed from the poll, their votes are also deleted in the process.
If we have missed a USMLE Step 1 Review book, please post about it in the mainstream Step 1 Forum and we'll add it to this poll.

By far the First Aid is the best book for step 1

UFAP method has done me wonders (Uworld + First aid + pathoma)

High quality dermatology pictures coming out of May Clinic. Interdisciplinary review book that teaches you dermatology and Internal Medicine.
Great tool for Step 1,2 and 3. Hoping more like this come out soon! Awesome read and helped me bumped my score!
