i apply for usmle step one as student
but after i pay money the form 186 appear to me instead of i apply as undergraduate
so i ask i complete it as form 183 or any other addition must be do

Form 186 is for school which participate in EMSWP N form 183 is for school which do not participate in EMSWP it has nothing to do with grads or students.

The difference between Form 186 and Form 183

usmle2011 is half correct.

Here's the deal;
Form 183 is only for students who's med school do not participate in EMSWP.
Form 186 is for all others; students who's med school do participate in EMSWP and for all graduates regardless whether their med school participate or not.
