i have downloaded the orientation material but i am unable to open the file.
error displayed is-fatal error has occured please notify the proctor.HTTP/1.1 400 Error.

does anyone know what does this mean?? i already removed the application once and re installed it again still error is present!!!! i have emailed nbme org also!!!

I had this problem a couple of times. Restarting the computer solved the issue. Try it.

It's a strange error, though.

hey i did try it and it doesnt work!!! their tech support has said that i should deactivate my antivirus as this can be the cause which is preventing opning up of material!!! sigh..will try this now!!:sleepy::sleepy:
