I'm planning to do my step1 in june. However,I'm wondering if the results will come in time to apply for the 2011 match. How long does it take for the test results to arrive?

Officially they tell you 6 weeks maximum. However, most students they get it within 4 weeks.

If you take step 1 in June 2010 then Step 2 CS in August 2010 then theoretically you can apply for the match but remember that many programs will ask for the complete ECFMG certificate before applying.
